Absolute Lifesaver!

About Caroline Arnold

I have been treating patients with musculoskeletal complaints, both sporting and non-sporting, since 1999. I treat a wide range of patients with a variety of conditions, including pregnancy and Cancer. The age range can vary from – teaching baby massage, to the eldest being 92, who has a regular leg massage ” to keep him mobile”!

As a graduate in Sports Therapy (BScHons), a member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute, I am qualified to examine, formulate a working diagnosis and work with you to agree an individualised treatment plan. Each session is spent taking a comprehensive and thorough history, coupled with a movement and hands-on assessment – helping to gain an understanding of the current issue, of any underlying and previous injuries and health concerns which may contribute to the current complaint. This whole process is vital to avoid any reoccurrence. I am passionate about education and movement being the key to improve patient outcomes.

Pricing

All Caroline’s treatments are preceded by a thorough and comprehensive musculoskeletal consultation starting with history taking to establish parameters, contraindications and mechanism of injury. These observations form baseline measurements that will be used to monitor the patient’s progress at subsequent visits.

It may also be necessary to consult with your G.P. or Consultant, but confidentiality is always maintained. At all times you will be given explanations and agree on a treatment plan, this may vary according to individual needs. You will be required to remove your outer clothing but towels are used to maintain privacy. Please be prepared to bring a pair of shorts.
