Looking to improve your quality of movement and well-being? Look no further than Pilates. With Pilates, you can train your body for improvement in pelvic floor control, spinal movement and flexibility – all while improving your balance and posture.
Caroline will work with you to discuss your medical history and any conditions that could be aggravated by Pilates. We’ll carry out an initial assessment to assess your posture, balance, flexibility, and suitability for the class. You’ll then be taught the 5 key principals of Clinical Pilates, including proper breathing techniques and engagement of the core muscles.
We’ll also show you some basic exercises so that we can gauge your strength and stability. If you’re not injured and are just looking for a general workout, Pilates is a great option!
